Commercial Cooking

Commerical CookingSenior High Commercial Cooking covers a wide range of topics relating to food preparation. Students are encouraged to adopt a professional attitude through participation in a range of catering events. Commercial Cooking is especially suited to students who are considering careers in the Food Industry, such as Chefs, Cooks, Bakers and Pastry Cooks.

Hospitality is also offered as an elective in Years 11 and 12. Home Economics is offered as a trimester subject in Year 8 and Junior Catering is offered as a Years 9 and 10 elective.
