Primary School Learning Assistance

The Primary Learning Assistance teachers work closely with the students' teachers to create individualised programs to support classroom learning. Students involved in the Learning Assistance program are either supported while working in their own classrooms, or withdrawn for periods of time for more focused attention.
In addition to the Primary Learning Assistance Program, students in Years 3 - 7 have the opportunity to receive additional one-on-one assistance from their classroom teacher during Tuesday Help, which is run after school most Tuesday afternoons.
Through the school, students in Years 1 - 7 are able to access internet-based programs Spelling City and Mathletics, while Prep and Year 1 students are able to access the Reading Eggs program.
